How to Bake Chocolate Chip Muffins

This morning I had the most fun with Londolozi’s own Emma, Thomas and Maya. We baked chocolate chip cookies AND made mini vanilla muffins!

We started first this morning with the chocolate chip cookies, and everyone got involved in the rolling of the  dough… and some of us into the eating of the dough!

After baking the most amazing chocolate cookies, we moved onto muffins! We decided to make mini vanilla muffins, we came out with lots and lots and lots of mini muffins that were sooo yummy!

All in all a lot of fun was had, don’t forget to wash your hands before and after you have been baking and always have an adult to help you.

I have found a video that gives you instructions on how to make your own chocolate chip cookies…

Let me know how yours turned out!

Happy Baking!

Can I add oats to this recipe to replicate some cookies I ate at Londolozi? Should I leave some flour out if I do?
