1. Anti-venom is made from snake venom.
2. An impala can jump over a fence 3m high.
3. A rat can last longer without water than a camel can.
4. Porcupines can shoot their quills.
5. The African Jacana is a wild cat.
6. The collective noun for Giraffes is Walk.
7. One ostrich egg is the same as 24 chicken’s eggs.
8. Pythons kill their prey by biting them.
9. Butterflies migrate.
10. Tadpoles grow up to be frogs.

To answer just write the number then a T or F next to it in the comment section

Wow Nick! 8/10! Well done! I know the one about the rat was a hard one, but it is an amazing fact that they can go without water for longer than a camel! And the commonly used collective noun for Giraffe’s is a Journey!
Well done! :)

Well done Sara, you got 8/10! Impala’s can actually jump that high… and porcupines don’t shoot their quills – “Quills are released by contact with them, or they may drop out when the porcupine shakes its body, but cannot be projected at attackers. New quills grow to replace lost ones. From ancient times, it was believed that porcupines could throw their quills at an enemy, but this has long been refuted.”
Well done! I hope you learned something new today! :)
